In the present ‘Refresher Course’ an attempt has been made to carefully select suitable questions from the examinations papers of various universities in India, both in the North and the South. These questions have been classified and arranged chapter wise in such a manner as to cover the syllabus of almost all the universities in the country, besides of some public examinations like Chartered Accountancy and Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers and of Administrative Services in the country.

The present ‘Refresher Course’ has been prepared to cater to the requirements of university students in the faculties of Arts and Commerce and to meet the special needs of candidates appearing in the C.A. and C.A.I.I.B and other public examinations.

In accordance with latest syllabus prescribed by the UGC , the redundant material has been deleted while fresh material has been added to all the chapters. New chapters on Commercial banking in India , Reserve bank of India , Budget and Financial Administration have been added.
